Toddlers
Travelers™ – Junior Toddlers 18 to 24 months, Adventurers™ – Senior Toddlers 24 to 36 months
Toddlers are a very special group of children who are most unique! We further enhance that uniqueness by offering a low teacher/child ratio, allowing optimal time for positive interaction between the teacher and toddler. This is essential for bonding and building self-esteem. Psychologists state that proper bonding is a prerequisite for building sound relationships that will last a lifetime. Individual development and growth are key concepts in our toddler program. All children are given opportunities to build their fine and gross motor skills through exploration of the environment.
Developmentally appropriate toys and equipment enhance the learning environment to continue development of cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills. Language, math, and Brain Power activities are incorporated into the daily routine and plan. Curriculum is built around monthly themes, often driven by the creative thinking of the children.

The Classroom
Puzzles, push-pull toys, art materials, climbers for large muscle development, and board books fill shelves and encourage exploration, communication, early literacy, and curiosity. A cozy corner for Circle Time and an inviting Housekeeping corner complete with pots and pans and dishes, encourage the imagination. Toddlers enjoy learning early math and spatial concepts when they visit the Block area or Manipulative center. Our classroom walls make a perfect gallery to display the works of ³¢±ð²µ²¹³¦²â’s master artists.
Our Curriculum
Plans for Toddlers encourage experiences in language development, communication, music, movement, and creative expression. Our playgrounds are opportunities for teachers to extend learning to the outdoors. Toddlers may create paintings on the fence or make self-portraits with chalk on the sidewalk. Because we believe in the development of the whole child, Framework For Their Future® includes a Character Building component. Toddlers learn from themes such as Happiness IsÌý²¹²Ô»åÌýHow Do You Feel?
